Maybe today was the day all of the discouraging and frustrating things happened and so got over with. One bright spot was the uncontested election of Bonnie Anderson as the new President of the House of Deputies. She has big shoes to fill, and will take office at the end of this Convention when Dean George Werner's term ends. Legislation is beginning to trickle in, but most of the action is still in Committees, and that's where we are spending much of our time.

| The biggest event of the day was the hearing on Convention's response to the Windsor Report. | The Hall held about 1,500 people, and was overflowing. |
